ترأس الجلسة المستشار وجدى محمد عبد المنعم، وشارك فيها المستشاران عبد الجليل مفتاح وضياء عامر، بينما كان محمد هلال هو السكرتير.
According to the referral order, it was stated that between the years 1992 and February 1, 2025, the defendants, from the first to the twenty-sixth, assumed leadership of a group that was established unlawfully. Their aim was to disrupt the enforcement of the constitution and laws, hinder state institutions from carrying out their duties, infringe on the personal freedoms of citizens, and harm public rights, all while jeopardizing national unity and social peace.
تم توجيه تهم للمتهمين من السابع والعشرين حتى الأخير بالانضمام إلى جماعة إرهابية تم تأسيسها بشكل مخالف للقانون، مع علمهم بأهدافها.كما جاء في أمر الإحالة أن هؤلاء المتهمين ارتكبوا جريمة تتعلق بتمويل الإرهاب.
